What this is

Archetypes are not personality types. They are narratives that create patterns, active in a season, not fixed labels. When you can read that narrative in real time, before it plays itself out, a different move becomes available.

When you know which narrative is underneath the pattern, you stop making choices in the dark.

You start choosing differently. Not because you forced a new habit or cleared an old belief, but because you finally know what you were actually reaching for. The thing the pattern was always trying to get you.

When you know that, you can go after it directly.
